Lucien Engelen

Lucien Engelen is Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer (CSIO) at ICT&health and a member of the ICT&health Editorial Board. In this dual role, he helps shape the strategic direction of the platform and contributes to its global editorial focus on digital health, care transformation and system change. Engelen is internationally recognised as a strategic advisor and keynote speaker on the future of healthcare. He supports governments, healthcare organisations and technology partners worldwide in navigating the impact of digital innovation, patient engagement and new care models on health systems.

He is the founder and former leader of the REshape Center for Health(care) Innovation at Radboudumc and the founder and owner of Transform.Health, where he works with organisations on long-term health strategy and transformation.
